FAQ

Here you'll find answers to the most important questions about wellness, conferences, and events at the Arlberg WellCom in St. Anton am Arlberg.

Wellness

You can drop by at any time and purchase your ticket directly at the on-site ticket office. Advance reservations are not required for same-day admission. Tip for unpredictable weather: Since our wellness area is very popular on rainy days in winter or in the late afternoon, it’s worth arriving early to secure a spot.

You can leave your spa gear at home or at the hotel—no need to worry about it. For a small rental fee and a deposit, you can rent cozy bathrobes and extra-large sauna towels right here at the front desk. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own favorite items.

To ensure a healthy and hygienic sweating experience, our sauna area is operated as a traditional, clothing-free zone (admission for ages 16 and up). In the sauna rooms and steam rooms, you’ll sit without swimwear—but always on a large towel to keep sweat from getting on the wood. Outside the cabins, in the hallways and relaxation areas, simply wrap yourself in your sauna towel or wear a bathrobe.

Absolutely—peace and quiet are our top priority. In addition to the cozy indoor lounging areas with views of the surrounding mountains, our spacious outdoor sauna garden in particular offers an ideal retreat. We ask all guests to silence their cell phones in the quiet zones and to speak only in whispers so that everyone can enjoy a peaceful experience.
Our varied sauna infusions are completely free and already included in your sauna ticket. Our sauna team regularly hosts a variety of special infusions—from invigorating scents to relaxing ceremonies and soothing scrubs. You’ll find the current infusion schedule for the day of your visit posted in the sauna area.
