FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions About Our Wellness Area
Do I need to reserve my wellness pass online in advance, or can I just stop by?
You can stop by at any time and buy your ticket right at the ticket office on site. No reservation is necessary. Tip for inclement weather: Since our wellness area is very popular on days when the weather is bad, it’s best to visit in the morning or early evening.
Are beach towels and bathrobes included in the admission price, or do I have to bring my own?
Beach towels and bathrobes are not included in the admission price. However, they can be rented from us at the ticket office for a rental fee and a deposit.
Is the sauna a nude sauna?
Our sauna area is operated as a traditional, clothing-free zone. For hygienic reasons, swimwear is not permitted in the sauna cabins. However, it is recommended that you use a large towel to prevent sweat from getting on the wood. If you feel uncomfortable being naked, you can wrap yourself in a sauna towel. Sauna towels are also available at the front desk for a rental fee and a deposit.
How often do sauna infusions take place, and is there an extra charge for them?
Our varied sauna infusions are completely free and included in your sauna admission. Our sauna master regularly hosts a variety of special infusions—from invigorating scents to relaxing ceremonies and soothing scrubs. Click here for the current infusion schedule .
